In 2016, Leslie decided to leave the cold winters of Maryland behind and became a Florida resident. During the course of her career she has helped companies in various industries streamline their processes and work more efficiently with their staff. She even spent a portion of her career working with racehorses! After purchasing a home with the help of an incredible realtor, she became fascinated by the process and thought, "I would love to help more people have this type of experience." She could see how some of her past experiences/skills would transfer to real estate. A woman with drive, Leslie soon got her real estate license and began helping people on their home buying and selling journeys.
